Chelsea are prepared to sell up to six players in January, according to a report in Daily Mail.

The Blues are looking to rejuvenate their squad and several experienced players will be allowed to leave.

Didier Drogba is the most notable player who will be available for sale, whereas Salomon Kalou, Jose Bosingwa and Paulo Ferreira are the others.

Nicolas Anelka and Alex have already had their transfer requests accepted, meaning that Andre Villas-Boas plans to do some major rebuilding in the winter.

Drogba is still considered a first team regular and he has been preferred to Fernando Torres of late, but with his contract expiring at the end of the season, the Blues are eager to cash in on him in January.

Kalou, Bosingwa and Ferreira, on the other hand, have been on the fringes for quite a while now and they are unlikely to be missed at Stamford Bridge.
